Leimert Park Village to petition for a pedestrian only street

Let Leimert Park know what you think of making 43rd Place from Degnan to Leimert Boulevards pedestrian only. The project concept will be submitted to the City of Los Angeles Dept. of Transportation by the Kaos Network, Leimert Park Village Crenshaw Corridor BID, Council District 10 and the LA Department of Cultural Affairs on April 29, 2014. Technical support is being provided by USC Professor Francois Bar, Alison Kendall of Kendall Planning and Sherri Franklin of Urban Design Center.
