A House on the Hill: Mary Ellen Pleasant Story, a staged reading

MCLM Executive Director, Lloyd Clayton, presents a staged reading of “House on the Hill: Mary Ellen Pleasant’s Story,” by Sharon L Graine, Dr. Mayme Clayton’s goddaughter, in the Great Courtroom. Ms. Graine wrote this play after Dr. Mayme Clayton once shared a book from her collection about Mammy Pleasant with Ms. Graine.
